Nicollette Sheridan receives re-trial for wrongful termination lawsuit
A wrongful termination lawsuit filed by Desperate Housewives actress, Nicollette Sheridan, has now received a re-trial date.
According to court documents, the lawsuit claims that Sheridan’s character on the television show was “killed off” because of a fight that she got into with the show’s creator, Mark Cherry.
The lawsuit claims that Cherry allegedly struck Sheridan in the altercation and Sheridan was let go from her spot on the show as a result. The lawsuit is filed against Cherry as well as the other executives with Touchstone Television Production.
