Who We Are

John Melton holds degrees from the University of Texas and the University of San Diego Law School. The Texas Board of Legal Specialization has awarded him certification in labor and employment law. He has years of experience working with employees to protect their legal rights.

Wylie Kumler was educated at the Tecnológical de Monterrey (through its study abroad program), the New Mexico State University, and St Mary’s School of Law. He began his law career in the Texas Attorney General’s office representing the state when employees complained. He later decided to represent the employees instead, and has been doing so ever since.
