Employee suing Target for allowing hostile work environment
A Target employee is now suing the store for allowing a hostile work environment to take place.
The man that filed the suit was hired to Target on Dec. 3, 2003 in order to help with the loss prevention department. He worked till January 19.
According to the lawsuit, the man worked in a hostile environment after he was made the store team leader. The man claims that the constant harassment lead the man’s diabetes to spike and caused him to have to leave the job.
